Put your home's equity to work for you with loans that can be used for college tuition, a new car or an addition to your home. Whatever you want.

  • Home Equity Loan: Fixed term, fixed rate, 10 or 15 years

  • Home Equity Line of Credit: Rates fixed for one or five years, variable thereafter or true variable. Payment may be interest only or monthly billing of 1.5% of principal balance.

Please be aware that Homeowner's Insurance is required.
